In addition to its own master craftsmen and tradespeople, VCH has created strong relationships with sub-contractors who are local to the Vashon area and are a part of our VCH approval process. Being Vashon Custom Homes Approved means any and all sub-contractors will be properly insured, registered, and have completed an extensive vetting process. This allows us to maintain quality control measures well beyond the industry standard.

Site Visit
To move forward with an initial estimate, our team will arrange to meet you at the proposed job site and gather all required information in order to put together the budget.
Budget + Scope
Vashon Custom Homes will create a detailed scope of work, including local subcontractors. We will then present the scope of work for the proposed job.
Quote
Fill out a quote form to help us better understand your project. Our team will review your request and will work with you to build a custom package.
Contract
If the scope of work is approved by the client and the decision to go ahead with the job has been established, Vashon Custom Homes will draft up a contract in which both parties will sign.
